Position

To provide support to the Regional Team in the analysis of the company's commercial and operational performance in the region.

To transform business information into insights and drive into action plan to deliver increased retail growth in the region.

To provide support on specific ad-hoc projects (commercial or operations) across the region.

Profile

  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of sales, product, staff productivity, KPI and business performance at region, country and boutique level to identify business trends, events, opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare analysis on new launches and impact on retail sales forecast.
  • Develop modeling tool to support long-term sales forecasting, staffing needs, capital expenditures and operational needs.
  • Assist in retail sales forecast, full year evolution performance analysis and budgeting through the management of sales pipeline and analysis of the market trend.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement. Research, assess and provide recommendations to the management.
  • Monitor and report on monthly P&L and provide advices and alerts on risks and opportunities.
  • Assess on ROI on capex investment and propose alternations to commercial terms.
  • Prepare scenario studies in various business cases and strategic planning, especially new marketing establishment, new stores opening and closures etc..
  • Perform any other additional duties assigned.
  • Additional information

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Merchandising or Business Analytics
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail business analytics or financial planning and analysis role, luxury retail is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
  • Ability to compile, analyze data both statistically and conceptually.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels.
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
