Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics

TheAssistant Manager, Digital Analytics, will be part of the Website &eCommerce team, within the group of Digital teams that sit in CMCO (ChiefMarketing & Customer Office) Department of AXA Hong Kong.

The Digital teamsdrive AXA Hong Kong digital strategy and execution, across all lines ofbusiness (P&C, Life and Health), with strong objectives for 2018-

2020 ofgenerating digital-originated business for the company and engagement with ourprospects and customers. The Website & eCommerce team is more specificallyin charge of our customer-

facing website and all eCommerce platformsdelivering online sales (P&C products mainly) and online leads (Life &Health products).

Mainpurpose of the job

Ownand manage all Digital reporting and analysis for Digital teams; thus workingtowards improvement of our digital platforms, most importantly our websiteaxa.

  • Define and implement all tracking needs for digital teams. Fully ownand manage our webanalytics and AB testing tools;
  • and act as a Subject MatterExpert within AXA Hong Kong for Digital Analytics topics.


  • Ownership of digital reporting o Build and maintain relevant dashboards forDigital business results, interacting with all relevant internal stakeholdersto get data inputs
  • oMonitor KPIs and build & maintain internal reporting for decision making.Ensure the regular update to relevant stakeholders

    oEnsure data quality and consistency o Set up automation of Digital reportingvia an online visualization tool

  • Ownership of webanalytics and AB testing tools for o Lead websiteperformance analysis, in particular for sales funnels and lead generationtools, interact with website Product Owners to understand the context andpropose improvements & recommendations.
  • oEnsure set up of AB tests, conduct analysis, and liaise with product owners anddigital marketing team on results and recommendations

    oProactively perform deep dives analysis to better understand specificsituations

    oOwn & manage our Webanalytics and AB testing tools; including ensuring thetools set up (implementation, custom set up and reports, etc) respond to ourneeds, ensuring accessibility of the tools internally to the rightstakeholders, users’ management and training & knowledge sharing

    oSupport SEO analysis & recommendations

  • Ownership of tracking of our digital assets : o Define & own tagging andtracking on website
  • oImplement tags on our website via Tag Management System and with IT teamssupport when required

    oOwn & manage our Tag Management System tool

    oSupport other digital teams in their tagging & tracking requests

    oSupport Digital Marketing & Acquisition team in all media tracking needs.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Analytics topics for AXA Hong Kong. oRecommend new tools & technologies where relevant
  • oKeep up to date with industry best practices & standards on DigitalAnalytics and translate it into AXA Hong Kong context

    oEnsure knowledge sharing to the relevant stakeholders

    oLiaise with other Digital Analytics experts within AXA Group, to ensurealignment on strategy, get and share learnings to the wider AXA community)

  • 4-5 years of experience * Strong analytical skills
  • Strong experience in web-analytics (incl. tool management) * Very good knowledge of Google Analytics is a must (certifications would be a plus);
  • AT Internet knowledge is a plus * Strong experience in AB testing (incl. tool usage)

  • Strong experience in tagging implementation, experience in Tag Management System is a plus * Good knowledge of digital platforms and digital marketing * Experience in SEO (other digital marketing activities is a plus : SEM, Display, etc) * Flexible & Autonomous, able to proactively make recommendations * Hands on profile ( Doer )
  • Good time management, able to juggle several different projects at the same time, with prioritizing those with higher business impact * Good team player to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
