custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Change Management and Delivery .
Act as Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst on strategic projects within HSBC Securities Services for Global Distribution Support and Transfer Agency
Resource planning for project support.
Identify requirements and provide resources for Transfer Agency, client onboarding projects and ongoing activities
Handle project implementation following proper governance.
Manage Business Requirement Documentation delivery and assist Information Technology department to deliver quality solutions.
Testing planning and monitoring for projects.
Prepare and maintain documentation for easy reference.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.
Experience in Finance and Banking industry environment such as Transfer Agency, Fund Administrator, Unit Trust or Mutual Fund Administration, Brokerage House, and Custodian
Business analyst experience.
Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure and software development is useful but not essential.
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment.
Able to provide a high standard of customer service in a timely manner.
Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office programming and automation.
Recognized project management qualification.
Knowledge in mastering Agile project is a plus
