Job Descriptions :

  • Oversee and coordinate all digital platform related initiatives, including roadmap, delivery, go-to-market, risk, compliance, legal and financial budget.
  • Work with local business teams and COEs to ensure all PHKL initiatives of all digital platforms are orchestrated and will meet with PHKL business objectives, and strategic / financial KPIs.
  • Serve as an escalation point on digital platform for program managers, and product owners budget, requests, risks or issue management, etc.
  • Ensure robust governance structures within the core digital platform services.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure that digital platform implementations achieve their business objectives.
  • Monitor and control budgets to ensure the team has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters and drive practice performance.
  • Maintain working relationships with all COEs and local teams to ensure effective co-ordination of all digital platform activities.
  • Evaluate overall digital platforms related performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 12+ years of working experience in Information Technology with at least 8 years of managing digital solution projects.
  • Experience in leading teams, problem solving, progress monitoring, managing risk and budget or resource.
  • Able to manage difficult stakeholders and deliver in ambiguous, fast-changing and complex environments.
  • Experience of project management and collaboration tools (e.g. MS project, Confluence, JIRA).
  • Hand on experience in delivery of Complex Cloud Projects.
