Duties :

Handle full set of Accounts

  • Prepare shipping documents, including L / C handling, custom declarations and freight costs;
  • Monitor orders and following up shipment status
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date with all purchasing, shipping and logistics queries and advising of any issues;
  • Liaise closely with supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods;
  • Administration activities including preparing reports, accounts documents, order processing, travelling arrangement, hotel for staff or guests;
  • Requirements :

  • LCC Level 3 or equivalent;
  • More than 2 years working experiences to handle combined accounting and multi-company accounts. Previous working experience in trading firms is an advantage;
  • Good accounting knowledge in MYOB or equivalent;
  • High discipline in timely finance reporting;
  • Good English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills;
  • Good analytical mind and good telephone manner, pleasant and mature;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, good team player and eager to learn;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
