Responsibility :
Provide helpdesk and onsite support to stores / office according to prescribed service standard
Onsite and on call support service to stores are required
Requirement :
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
2 years of working experience in helpdesk
Good analytical mind and communication skills, proactive and able to work independently
Good command of English
Working Location : Shek Mun & (Retail Shop)
Service Window : Mon-Fri 0900 - 1800
Mon-Fri 0900 - 1800
OT may require for urgent case during non-office hour, time-off for OT pay)
