Customer Value Management Officer (KYC stream)

Job Overview : The Officer will support the Customer Value Management Division in improving the KYC process; as well as assisting projects relating to clients experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in mapping out end-to-end account opening journey (both frontend and backend)
  • Assist in coordinating Workgroup / Sub-workgroup meeting for providing progress update to all stakeholders
  • Perform Proof-Of-Concept (POC) testing on eKYC solution, UAT and Sandbox testing over the entire journey
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and independent assessor to perform required risk assessment for project launch
  • Prepare internal and external clearance documents
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for formulating procedural manuals, staff communication and training
  • Assist in developing and releasing marketing communication and promotion
  • Provide necessary support of ad-hoc tasks (if any)
  • Key Skills :

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year’s working experience, preferably in the field of digital channels or / and project management
  • Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong Self-motivation with good project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
