You will :
Establishing a professional energy audit and continuous commissioning as foundations for development of a long term energy strategy in Clubhouses.
Establishing bespoke asset health program for individual clubhouse, by close monitoring of asset failure rate to reinstate necessary preventative maintenance to minimize system breakdown.
Reviewing life-cycle management plan to establishing effective maintenance service program
Providing support in design and specification of new plant and equipment in replacement projects.
Effective control of the Computorized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) in FM operation
Monitoring FM operation and maintenance practices to ensure the Club Sustainability policies are implemented.
Continuously refining and evaluating the Membership FM guidelines and the associated performance measurement systems.
Conducing regular internal audit to ensure guidelines are implemented and maintained in Clubhouses.
Ensuring that Clubhouses have the best-in-class facilities and set the FM benchmark in the industry.
Liaising with project stakeholders for input, queries and concerns.
You should have :
Degree holder in Building Services or related discipline
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in same capacity
Intimate understanding of facilities operation and maintenance
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Proficient in written English
Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
Good communication skills, detail-minded, well-organized and a team player with strong sense of responsibility
