Duties :

  • Report to Manager
  • Provide full support to Accounts Department
  • Manage daily accounting operation, eg. data entry, filing and checking;
  • Handle A / P, A / R and general ledger functions;
  • Assist to handle full set of accounts and month end closing;
  • Prepare accounting support, including monthly reporting, accounts analysis;
  • Liaise with various departments for operation matters;
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma in Accountancy OR LCCI 3rd level of Accounts / Degree holder
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Accounts System will be a plus eg. Accpac, Deaceasy, Sun System;
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
  • Full CV in MS Word Format + One recent photo (Optional).
