  • Participate in C&B functions including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, MPF, tax return and leave management
  • Handle HR data analysis and prepare regular HR reports
  • Maintain HRIS database and ensure all HR data is accurately recorded
  • Handle staff insurance renewal and administration
  • Assist in HRIS enhancement
  • Assist in reviewing C&B policies and procedures
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of C&B experience, preferably gained from Financial Industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations / practices
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Experienced in HRIS implementation is an advantage
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
