Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and business targets on the agreed plan and design strategies for the implementation of branch selling and promotion activities.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship so as to solicit business opportunities by proactively rendering best-in-class service and cross-selling of the banking products.
  • Ensure personalized customer services are provided to customers through recognizing and addressing their needs on financial planning.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction rating is achieved by meeting all requirements of service standards.
  • Contribute to the Bank’s success and upholding of the Bank’s image by providing high quality services to customers and proactively giving feedback, ideas and recommendation for improvement.
  • Support the Branch Manager to meet the assigned business targets through participating in the branch selling and promotion activities.
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Good retail banking product knowledge.
  • Possess IIQAS and other required qualifications under SFC for selling insurance and investment products.
  • Certified Financial Planner / Chartered Financial Analyst is definite an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
