Support IFRS Reporting and ad-hoc projects / analysis;
Evaluate data and proffer modification for actuarial functions;
Actuarial model testing and documentation;
Preform financial projections and analyses for valuation purpose;
Data and model support on business planning;
Streamline valuation workflows and processes with control and documentation.
Hands-on relevant experience in valuation and reporting.
Professional / Technical Competencies
Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline;
Knowledge in Excel / Word / Powerpoint;
Knowledge of cashflows revolving insurance contracts;
Technical skills in producing and analyzing report results.
Have made significant progress in the actuarial exams;
Knowledge in Excel VBA and Python programming;
Actuarial software programming in RAFM (or C++).
Soft / Transferable Competencies :
Ability to work independently and proactively;
Ability to compile and analyse the results where and as appropriate;
Ability to produce and perform checks on reporting results;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to deliver tasks under challenging reporting timelines.
