You will be joining the Group Corporate Communications Department and will be supporting the Group Communications Asia Team.
This role can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
The newly created role is part of the Group Communications Asia team and will drive the organisation’s digital communications function in Asia.
The candidate will lead the Group’s key digital communications initiatives in Asia as well as raise the overall digital communications capability to support regional business priorities.
He / she will design and implement a clear, differentiated digital communications strategy that can grow brand awareness, drive sustainable audience engagement, enable omni-channel audience experience and support business units’ marketing objectives .
He / she will also equip regional marketing teams and stakeholders with best practices, guidelines and tools to build best-in-class digital communications and marketing programs.
REGIONAL DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION ROADMAP
Adapt the global digital communications roadmap and define regional vision, priorities and initiatives across owned, earned and paid channels including bilingual English / Chinese websites and social media (including WeChat), paid search, content and analytics to support the Asia businesses.
Build a distinctive strategy that will lead and deliver value across the key digital channel operating activities that span content management, channel / platform optimisation, data and digital acquisition.
Cascade Group digital communications objectives and partner with regional teams in their achievement of the same.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT EXCELLENCE
As owner of Group social media communications in Asia (excluding Japan), define and maintain a paid and organic content approach that brings value to clearly defined target audiences.
Coordinate closely with global Group social media channel owners to target content to audiences in key Asian markets through the global channels.
Analyze social media effectiveness, propose hypotheses for improved performance, and drive experiments to test those hypotheses.
Lead social media innovation through test & learn of new technology, formats and / or platforms.
Support Pictet staff in Asia in their use of Sprinklr for social media advocacy, coordinating closely with the global social media governance manager and business unit social media leads.
For staff in Asia, co-organize internal communications campaigns about social media opportunities (e.g. advocacy) and risks (violation of local compliance rules).
PAID SEARCH and SEO MONITORING
Coordinating with the global digital communications team, manage paid search in target Asian countries.
Monitor keyword performance for corporate website in Simplified and Traditional Chinese for key target countries.
OWNED PLATFORM MANAGEMENT, ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
Provide oversight and governance on owned digital communications properties in Asia, including and not limited to the corporate websites.
Collaborate closely with local, regional and global teams to drive delivery of digital customer journey enhancements in an aligned manner while adhering to global standards.
Drive localization and translation activities for digital channels.
Lead regular monitoring and reporting on key KPIs and platform performance data & insights.
Spearhead data-driven creative and content development by leveraging platform tech / tools.
Around 10 years’ Experience in Digital Communications & Marketing, Data and Analytics, and Customer Experience
Strong understanding of wealth management and asset management industry preferred
Strong experience in collaborating with a wide spectrum of stakeholders and balancing different interests eg business lines’ objectives and Group’s digital communications strategy, as the go-to consultant for all digital communications matters and best practices
Able to have a strategic mindset to define a digital communications vision and roadmap for Group and regional business units in Asia, as well as meticulous implementation and delivery in collaboration with global communications and marketing teams Good bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese Strong technical knowledge and experience in working with a CMS (e.
g. Adobe Experience Manager), social media management tool (e.g. Hootsuite / Sprinklr), and CRM and marketing automation systems (e.
g. SalesForce / Pardot) Experience in Adobe Analytics and / or Google Analytics Ability to develop actionable opportunities from analysis of data Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance a range of competing priorities Innovative and a self-starter approach with a high level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of strategy and initiatives
Experience managing third party digital / social / mobile agencies or content creators
