Job Purpose

Reporting to Head of Employee Benefit Trustee Services, your core job duty is to be responsible for new client onboarding of all Trust accounts and ensure the compliance with relevant regulations / Trustee ordinance, etc.

Your core responsibilities :

Client onboarding

  • Support Business Development Team on new business acquisition
  • Review Scheme Rules and provide comments from operation perspective
  • Handle customer enquiries and liaise with internal and external parties relating to the setup of the trust accounts

    Attend to customization of trust deed, trust account opening and the relevant formalities

    Liaise with client to agree on trust administration requirements and procedures

  • Responsible for new client onboarding of Trust accounts
  • Conduct periodic review on service providers to ensure the service level and fiduciary duties on trust accounts

    Ensure the compliance of trustee’s obligations on client due diligence and record- keeping requirements

  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Legal and Regulatory

  • Ensure strict compliance with TCSP Licensing Regime and Trustee Ordinance
  • Support KYC teams in relation to the documents received from clients
  • Stay close to changes in market or listing regulations in jurisdictions where the schemes / trusts would be impacted and alert parties of any such changes if need
  • We want to hear you if you are :

  • University graduate with bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ sales experience in banking or financial service industry with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Trust Administration
  • Proven experience in driving operations efficiency
  • Experience in implementing global and regional projects and initiatives
  • Good communication skills with a strong command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and part of a team
  • Experience in administration of employee share plans is a plus
