The ideal candidate will work within the Commercial Operations and Enablement department, who are tasked with encouraging the maintenance, growth and profitability of Emarsys’ New Business Sales and Client Success teams.

Spanning across the two distinct areas of Operations and Enablement, we are positioned in a highly influential position within the company.

We focus on maximising the potential of the systems, content, processes and tools that serve our centre of excellence.

As a new role, there is scope to mould the role to your strengths, establish specialist focuses, and in time, potentially expand into management to support the operations of a geographically dispersed region.

This individual will interact and collaborate with a matrixed, geographically dispersed team; they must be able to build effective relationships, possess excellent communication skills, planning and organizational skills, and have a high attention to detail.


  • Focused on New Business Sales and Customer Success, the Commercial Operations and Enablement Manager works alongside the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement team to drive productivity, efficiency and effectiveness improvements for the entire commercial organisation within the APAC market
  • Partner with senior management to drive operational excellence, change management, localisation and optimization of processess and programs.
  • Partner with Commercial management to maintain the regional commercial forecast and optimize for accuracy
  • Share analytical insights to drive effectiveness, motivation and focus on key targets
  • Assist with the global rollout of process and tool adoption, monitoring and management. Identify opportunities for localisation to drive effectiness and productivity.
  • Work with Operations & Deal Desk to execute a rollout plan of Quote to Cash via Apttus as well as a transition of accounts to package pricing and billing in advance.
  • Align with the Gloabl Success Enablement Manager to implement local programs to enble our Success Managers to manage the partnership, adoption, success and renewal of our client base.
  • Working with the Operations and CRM teams to drive productivity through process optimisation and automation.
  • Working with the Enablement team to develop, coordinate and implement training and learning plans for our commercial teams with a focus on adoption including webinars, lunch and learns, coaching, roleplays and 1-1 enablement.
  • Encourage effective cross-departmental communications, driving operational excellence across the business.

  • Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities across diverse roles and geographies will thrive in this role
  • An understanding and knowledge of Excel, CRMs and communication tools. Previous use of an advantage.
  • Analytically-driven and highly organised, with a head for numbers and an eye for detail.
  • Strong project management ability. Adept at handling and prioritising multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • 5 years of Sales / Sales Operations / Sales Enablement experience.
