About the role

The Global Operations Manager, Asia, is a high profile, international role that will see you collaborate with colleagues across the Asia region and around the world.

Working closely with local Office Administrators, this fast paced and varied role, focuses on the rapidly changing world of how we work and will see you make strategic recommendations and decisions.

Other key responsibilities include :

  • Being an integral part of the creation of strategic Operations initiatives, including the definition, implementation, and compliance with all strategic policies relating to Operations procedures, equipment usage, licensing, statutory laws, and any other defined policies, relevant to operations, across all offices in Asia .
  • Defining, planning, implementing, and reviewing the performance of Operations projects, drawing on the expertise of global colleagues.
  • As a leader, providing strategic advice and feedback to the Director of Operations US / Asia on current Operations trends, their fiscal and productivity benefits, and their potential application within the firm.
  • Consulting with Practice Offices and recommending solutions regarding service inquiries and issues related to the areas listed above, in order to ensure a quick, equitable resolution
  • Reviewing support staff resources for the correct balance of Operations support throughout the Asian offices.
  • About you

  • Exhibit excellent leadership skills and have the ability to lead multiple teams (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision making) necessary for effective management.
  • Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Have the ability to review and negotiate contracts for the firm.
  • And have :

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • International experience working in Operations Management
