Job Description

50+ We are aiming to submit 50+ NDA applications in China during 2019-2023.

Major Accountabilities :

  • Design & implement with the team, strategies and business plan to achieve sales target of the defined sales organization / product.
  • Define and enables implementation of innovative strategies on digital selling, remote selling, or other innovative selling methods.
  • Define, develop and implement short and long-term strategic marketing and sales plans in line with regional & global marketing strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, sales and product performance, conduct regular reviews against plans and take corrective action as required.

  • Define, drive and oversee the launch planning and execution of upcoming key launches by ensuring seamless cross-functional and (as applicable) cross-divisional collaboration
  • Lead the sales team effectively by participating in selection, training and development, retention and talent management of the sales team.
  • Conduct regular trainings to ensure development of the sales team; coach and guide the sales team as needed.
  • Conduct target and incentive analysis for the associates.
  • Own the sales force CRM, incentive system etc. Establish budgets and sales quotas; critically review country sales materials and resource allocation in the sales org

    Minimum Requirements

  • Min. 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing and / or operational business in pharmaceutical or medical equipment industry (Experience in Prostate Cancer / Oncology an advantage) with demonstrated entrepreneurial approach
  • Strong sales leader with demonstrated experience of revenue growth
  • Radio ligand experience including interaction with nuclear business related authorities would be a strong plus
  • Project Management Experience preferably for product introduction
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
