We are expanding and looking for knowledgeable and ambitious Private Client Sales Manager to join our Private Client team in Asia.
If you have a passion for and experience selling fine wines direct to clients, then this position might be for you. Of course, you must also genuinely love Burgundy.
The ideal candidate will have a highly developed understanding of wine along with the sales management ability to match.
In this role, you will build and manage a team of Wine Advisors working with Private Clients in Asia. Your team will build relationships and close opportunities directly with both new and repeat private clients.

In This Role. You Will
Recruit, train and manage a team of Private Clientn Wine Advisors focused on markets throughout Asia
Work with your team to develop the markets, generating and qualifying new private client leads and opportunities through a variety of online and offline programs
Close opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Organize and manage our wine experience events in the field
Represent Château de Pommard at our private and public events
Collaborate with our Marketing and Business Development teams
Bachelor or Master degree in business or wine
5+ years of successful sales experience with fine wines
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 3+, Certified Sommelier, Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) or equivalent training
Demonstrated ability to develop a sales pipeline and meet sales targets
Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other similar CRM system
Working knowledge of and passion for the Burgundy wine region
Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and "get it done mindset
