Main Responsibilities :
Initiate, lead and involve in product and / or process innovative projects
Assist business stakeholders / branches to prepare User Requirements documents together with business analysis on the feasibility of the initiatives
Act as a bridge between Fintech Division, business and end users to ensure smooth system implementation
Design business operation flows in a cost-effective manner and with appropriate control measures to meet internal / external compliance requirements and minimize operational risks
Establish detailed User Acceptance Test plans and test scripts / procedures; coordinating such testing for branches / non-branch end users
Prepare procedural write-up, documentations, system operation guidelines and business supporting tools (e.g. customer forms, samples sales scripts etc.
and draft procedures manuals
Arrange process change deployment by preparing Operational Circular, obtaining approval, delivering user briefing and conducting post-launch health checking as well as post-implementation review.
Conduct formal user training on process related areas before major product / system roll out, and maintain qualified trainer accreditation from Human Resources
Provide production supports including but not limited to answering post-launch user enquiries when necessary, parameter maintenance for application systems, investigation and assistance in solution formulation for process or system related incident / customer complaint DisplayQualifications("- Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Finance / Computer Engineering and other related disciplines
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in banking or financial industry
Hands-on experience in business analysis / operations and methodology in financial institution / banking operations in either front or back office / UAT and system support
Strong knowledge of Investment / Insurance systems, Investment / Insurance products, and related regulatory requirements on the selling processes
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin
Experience in procedural manual writing is an advantage
Meticulous at work, good analytical and logical thinking skills with strong PC knowledge
Self-initiated, with good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
