You will be representing BT to some of our most important customers. You will demonstrate the best qualities of yourself and our organisation on a daily basis.

Our customers’ success when tackling some of their most complex challenges will largely depend on your ability to manage and organize your colleagues to provide value creating innovative solutions for them.

Thinking and acting commercially will mean our customers’ success will translate into profitable growth for BT.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Deliver new sales and revenue growth on several named enterprise customer accounts and hunting of new customer accounts in said territories within Asia Pacific.
  • Establish, develop and own key customer relationships and customer contact strategy
  • Manage the entire sales process (from standard product to complex multi-product deals) for new business sales and expansion of existing business
  • Collaborate with, and provide leadership to, colleagues across the organisation when working on new opportunities
  • Report & forecast accurately on sales pipeline, revenue and profit
  • Develop account plans that support BT growth strategies, sometimes working with global account owners elsewhere to achieve this
  • You'll have the following skills & experience

    Mandatory experiences :

  • Sales experience in financial services sector.
  • Ability to source new prospects and manage existing revenue generating customer relationships
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Preferred experiences :

  • Technical understanding of various IT architectures and managed network and hosting solutions
  • Experience closing large and complex opportunities in the financial sector.
  • Competencies in building value proposition and positioning strong proposals.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personne
  • Knowledge in capital markets
  • Presenting and selling to senior management stakeholders including C level executives
  • Generates account revenue and gross margin per account by driving strong customer relationships, account planning, and negotiates new deals and / or new commercial models with customers
  • Lead present complex and large deals internally at win business process
