  • Plan and lead innovative digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve corporate goal in Hong Kong & south China (Pearl delta project)
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including social media, SEM / SEO, KOL endorsement, video production, media planning, and website development (Hong Hong and south China)
  • Analyze market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunity in the category
  • Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, operations, developer, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives
  • Adheres to the brand’s marketing, branding, programming and security guidelines
  • Accountable for A&P budget control and sales analysis
  • The Successful Candidate

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 6 - 10 years relevant experience in brand management in cosmetic / beauty industry or FMCG
  • Strong in digital marketing with hands-on knowledge is a must
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing digital marketing programs in Hong Kong
  • At least 1 year experience managing end to end marketing campaign with China market
  • High level knowledge of Hong Kong and China marketing channels and media buying strategy including outdoor, social media, KOL, SEM / SEO and group chat.
  • KPI driven and able to work under tight timeline
  • Alter to social listening and data analytics trend
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
  • Innovative, tenacious, self-driven and passionate
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
