Work Location : Ngau Tau Kok Reporting to Operations Manager, Facilities Management, the jobholder will perform facilities management tasks on both administrative and operational levels. YOUR TASKS
Develop and maintain records, databases and documentation for facilities services and repair & maintenance tasks
Maintain updated building certificates and service contracts
Process invoices and prepare payments
Maintain inventory and process purchase of facilities management materials
Work with internal colleagues and external vendors on preparation of reports, budgets, specifications, drawings, tenders, contracts, assessments, etc.
Assist to plan, schedule, coordinate and implement repair & maintenance work and renovation projects
Conduct on-site monitoring and ensure technician and contractor works are carried out in a safe and quality manner and meet the scheduled progress
Handle emergency incidents and provide effective solutions
Provide recommendations and supports for continuous improvement
Participate in ad hoc tasks and provide other support to the team as needed
