The Customer Digital Experience Department is responsible for leading and managing development projects of digital wagering experience and customer service digital transformation.
Besides project management, its scope includes content requirement definition, user-interface and user experience design, as well as the look and feel based on customer insights and product requirements.
Support Customer Digital Experience Development Manager in delivering user centred digital application projects across the Club’s range of digital channels, including mobile app, website, e-commerce and cross-media platforms.
Creates and manages artwork / graphic assets for use in all media including mobile app, web / online platform, social media platform, video and kiosk.
Convey user requirement into desirable frontend UX / UI design, design guideline, wireframe and interactive prototype / mock-ups.
Manage external vendor to complete project on time and within budget
Be part of the scrum team, work closely with development team to maximize value of sprint deliveries
Performs user acceptance test and support in product launch.
Stays abreast of current trends and best practices in digital industry; consistently brings in new ideas to increase customer engagement.
You should have
A bachelor degree or above in Fine Art, Graphics Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, or other relevant disciplines.
At least 5 years of proven working experience in mobile app and digital front-end design
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders. Easily understand people idea and turn it into action
Proficient in design and prototyping software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) is a must
Good understanding of mobile / web design trend.
Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Chinese)
An excellent working attitude, self-motivated and being a team player
A portfolio demonstration during the interview
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Creative Designer.
