We are looking for talent to achieve sales targets to grow existing large customers and expand new accounts by focusing on the ICT and financial sector, and representing BSI products and services.
Prospect and pursue new business to expand the client reach of BSI.
Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and / or maintain and grow existing business.
Work with customers to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals.
Manage, maintain and update key stakeholders’ information in CRM system to ensure current contacts remain relevant.
Keep well informed on industry changes and participate where possible in organizations directly involved with the prime markets to maintain a strong industry awareness.
Implement global key account strategy, develop account plans.
Develop and expand into selected strategic market segments.
Set up and schedule regular account reviews to explore & identify further opportunities.
Provide monthly feedback of actual verses target for the team, by individual, to monitor sales performance in detail and to suggest improvements to individuals and teams.
Gather competitor information to identify and prioritize opportunities to refine sales messaging.
In order to qualify for this position, you must have :
University Degree level, ideally in Computer Science or E&E or equivalent education
MBA is a plus
At least 5 years relevant work experience in B2B sales and business development
Solid management experience in sales & marketing field with good track record
Positive and approachable, analytical, influential with strong conflict resolution, communication and leadership skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese Cantonese & Mandarin
Knowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageous
Strong connection with ICT, Financial sectors
Strong relationship with Local Chinese, Foreign investment organization & Government bodies in Hong Kong
