Position Overview

Responsible for establishing the SC ecommerce DC operations and the on-going customer fulfilment and delivery operations for the APAC business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the day to day execution for e-com fulfilment operations in Hong Kong DC
  • Follow up on DC receipts, put away timing and compliance
  • Detailed management of specific picking and packing processes
  • Be a key coordination point with the regional contact centre for inventory checks, returns management and issue resolution
  • Work closely with 3PL in planning to forecast and demands to ensure appropriate resources are deployed to ensure order pick / pack operations, and order delivery transportation network fulfilled at agreed service levels
  • Establish and monitor performance KPI's for all critical aspects of the Fulfilment lifecycle, DC operations and 3PL performance
  • Ensure alignment with retail operations fulfilment, to ensure opportunities are leveraged to minimize costs and ensure service commitment
  • Ensure quality compliance in gift boxing, presentation and CYO program
  • Manage inventory and reordering of all operational consumables and supplies
  • Actively support the Contact center, Finance, and other internal functions in resolving exception issues
  • Support Hong Kong Operations Lead in ensuring regional initiatives (Product, Solutions) are implemented locally
  • Validate supplier invoices and ensure correct allocation to accounts, through coordination with Finance teams
  • Develop and produce operational reports as required
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Statistics / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years work experience experience and 2 years or above experience in managing 3PL service providers in relations to Ecommerce services
  • Ability to implement a score card to improve and upgrade the business on a seasonal basis
  • Good negotiation & influencing skills
  • Strong analytical expertise and MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple activities
  • Concise presentation and communication skills, both spoken and written English preferred.
  • Able to undertake some travel within Asia and globally (if required)
