Customer Services Executive (req329)


  • Provide quality customer services to clients of Artworks
  • Handle phone-in and email enquiries and shipment orders
  • Handle import and export shipment documents
  • Maintain shipment / delivery orders and records in database system
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, customers and service agents in Hong Kong, China and overseas
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head / manager
  • Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in Freight forwarder / Air-freight / logistic
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Work location : Kwai CHung
