About the Role
We are currently seeking ambitious and hardworking individuals in Hong Kong, to join our world-class Customer Success team.
Upon joining, you'll participate in an intensive training program covering all aspects of the role, company, and product, as well as the various technologies we use to manage success throughout the customer journey.
Your role will be focused on our growing APAC business, but youâ€™ll also work internationally with our teams in the UK, Europe, and the US.
Our Customer Success team knows our products inside and out, providing support and training to customers, helping them to understand how to get the most out of LoopUp based on their business needs.
Every day is different, but primarily, the CS team manages inbound support requests via email and over the phone, working cross-functionally with other departments (including Sales, Account Management, Operations, Engineering and Product) to identify and solve any issue or request that the customer might have.
Youâ€™ll be working closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to develop our customer base world-wide. The Customer Success team also play an integral role working with Network Operations and Product, ensuring that our platforms are intuitive and easy-to-use.
Our ability to onboard customers and drive their enthusiasm for LoopUp ultimately drives our customersâ€™ usage of the product, which in turn has a direct result on revenue.
