Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize and manage training classes
  • Liaise with external training vendors for training projects and programs
  • Identify training needs, design and deliver training and development activities to corporate staff
  • Perform training assessment and analysis
  • Lead training and ad hoc projects
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder of any disciplines
  • 5 years solid staff training experience
  • Good project management skills
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin
  • Candidate with training exposure in Insurance / Banking / Investment industry is preferred
