DEPARTMENT : Sales
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective account management
Build good relationship with customer accounts for ongoing business
Follow up on sales and trade program with designated accounts
Handle customers’ enquiries
Process customers’ transactions in an accurate and timely manner
Identify and explore new business opportunities
Provide professional after sales services
Promotion and communcation planning
Degree / Diploma holder in Business Studies or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
Past experience in optical industry will be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Able to work independently
Has initiative, is well-organized and has outgoing and pleasant personality
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point
