We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Analyst .
To deliver key initiatives and support the growth of Pension business within HSBC Security Services
To lead project implementation from project initiation to completion
To take the project manager and business analyst role for Pension projects
To conduct in depth requirement analysis, prepare business specification, compile test cases and support business testing
To propose, review business requirement and ensure it aligns global standard
To provide clear analysis on the main business driver, benefit and cost on business initiatives.
To conduct in depth functional analysis on business requirements
To provide clear resolution on business issue and propose solution based on a solid knowledge foundation
To align the deliverables with the global strategy, standard and priority
To make the business sustainable through providing continuous improvement on existing process, system and streamlining
To collaborate with the major stakeholders, drive an informed decision and mobilize the resources across towards the agreed deliveries
To represent business and communicate the user requirements with Information Technology department
Identify areas of business that can benefit by business reengineering, and manage the implementation.
To develop positive and professional working relationship with all team members within Change Management and Delivery
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline.
Solid Project Management and Business Analyst experience with proven track records
Solid domain knowledge and business analysis experience in Finance and Banking industry. Pension, Transfer Agency, Fund Administrator knowledge are highly preferable
Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure and software development will be useful but not essential
Able to conduct in depth analysis, articular the big picture and provide granular details
Excellent problem solving and user support skills
Maintain can do attitude and positive mind set towards challenges
Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery
Very well conscious of the potential operational risk
Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Being open, dependable and align the HSBC values
