Main Responsibilities

  • Promote cross border sales and services of the Bank to achieve sales targets
  • Perform outbound telemarketing calls to acquire new business
  • Participate in sales activities & campaigns to promote the Bank's products and service
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers and promote cross-selling / MGM initiatives
  • Follow up with consumer branches on customer enquiries of account opening
  • Provide support to consumer branches on cross border customers servicing
  • Escalate customer feedback to immediate supervisor for enhancement of sales channel
  • Ensure good level of understanding and knowledge of organization products and services
  • Ensure all works are complied with internal and external policies and rules
  • Requirements

  • 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with professional telemarketing manner
  • Good selling skills and basic knowledge of computer system
  • Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
  • Good service orientation, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
