Job Summary

Provide support and assistance to the development, review and implementation of the rewards related strategies, initiatives, programs and processes for countries in APAC.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conducts analysis and provides support to the development and implementation of rewards program for meeting business requirements, market competitiveness and statutory compliance
  • Supports the annual salary surveys cycle, job evaluation, benchmarking exercise and data analysis for pay range review and development
  • Assists on regular Rewards exercises such as, develop salary budgeting, salary review processes (GPS processes), market benchmarking, etc
  • Responsible for data consolidation and analysis, and compile analytic reports as needed
  • Assists on the development and implementation of flexible benefit options; benefit competitiveness study, etc
  • Supports data analysis for rewards related program integration and alignment during merge and acquisition initiatives
  • Conducts review on existing compensation and benefit processes to identify way to enhance effectiveness
  • Stay updated with market trends and related legislative requirements; evaluates rewards related programs and provide suggestions for change or develop new program as needed
  • Serves as a rewards advisor to regional HR teams to continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the rewards programs and processes -
  • providing solutions where needed

  • Provides inputs to other Center of Expertise such as talent acquisition, talent management and shared services for Rewards related issues
  • Develops relationships and manages external vendors i.e. survey providers, broker, insurer
  • Participates in other HR and / or Rewards initiatives and projects both regionally and globally as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • 4-6 years working experience as a specialist in Human Resources, Rewards or related areas
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
  • Skilled in manipulating data and interpretation of data to make logical conclusions
  • Familiar with Excel (proficient with pivot tables, V-look-ups, and other functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting)
  • An open communication style, able to convey policies effectively (verbally and written)
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of sensitivity and exercise discretion in regards to confidential material
  • General knowledge of Human Resources functions or disciplines
  • Experience working with Workday or similar enterprise HR management systems is a plus
