My client is one of the MNC firm with a strong presence across the globe. They are currently looking for a Senior L&D officer or assistant L&D manager.

About the Role :

  • Responsible for end of end learning cycle from training needs analysis, training curriculum design, training follow up for corporate staff
  • Identify training needs, design and deliver tailor-made training solutions
  • Design and deliver different L&D interventions including but not limited to e-learning / Mobile learning to enhance the learning effectiveness
  • Design, develop and implement OD related programs / processes to enhance organisational capabilities such as career paths, competency development and mapping, team building and training
  • Handle different ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • About the People :

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
  • At least 5-6 years of experiences gained in L&D field with sizeable organisations
  • Personality wise : Passion, excellent communication skills
  • Good command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
