Job Description
Colliers is currently recruiting an experienced consultant to expand our footprint in the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) sector.
This is a leadership position within the Valuation & Advisory business with overall Team and Revenue management responsibilities.
Scope of responsibilities :
This role is a client-facing position to deliver ESG reporting and sustainability related services to clients in Hong Kong and neighboring region.
Play a key role in business development to explore and expand the ESG opportunities in the market.
Continuously drive the growth in the ESG reporting and advisory services by preparing ESG reports for clients.
Be the key contact to engage with clients and to take lead on projects in developing ESG project framework and roadmap formulation.
Lead / train junior members to provide tailor-made ESG advisory services, including due diligence, ESG benchmarking, analysis and preparation of sustainability / ESG report writing and
Support the overall strategy development through various business initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science and / or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 10 years of professional advisory experience in a consultative capacity, of which minimum of 5 years is within ESG reporting or environmental related services.
Hands on experience in environmental consultancy, project management and implementation with knowledge in sustainability reporting, including international standards such as SDGs, SBT and TCFD.
Proficiency in English (and Chinese) report writing.
Excellent writing skills and good verbal communications (Mandarin, Cantonese and English)
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to details
Adaptive, flexible and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
