Our client is one of the leading Building Services providers. To cope with their business growth and expansion in the region, they are now looking for potential incumbent to join their energetic team.

  • Greet and escort visitors as well as monitor visitors access and maintain security awareness
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and mails
  • Manage all in and out mails effectively, including delivery, distribution, picking, etc.
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area clean and tidy, at all times
  • Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy
  • Requirement : :

  • Form 5 / High School education level
  • 8+ years clerical work experience; with at least recent 3 years purely holding the title as Receptionist
  • Native speaker in Cantonese with basic knowledge in English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
