About the Role
The Operations Training Specialist will facilitate and deliver training programs to Authentication Center team members and to other team members and leaders acting as trainers (Level 3 Authenticators, Team Captains).
This is a highly collaborative position in which s / he will work with Instructional Designers (IDs), Knowledge Managers (KMs), and other subject matter experts to assist in developing, testing, and reviewing training programs and materials prior to delivery.
In addition to delivering training and monitoring results, the Training Specialist will contribute to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
Work closely with others to help create and update training materials
Collaborate on delivery method and effectiveness of content built through practice runs, training feedback sessions, etc.
Facilitate in-person and remote training, including train-the-trainer sessions for other trainers to learn new material
Facilitate all supply chain training topics including operations, sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles
Create training schedules, specifically for new authentication centers
Track and document learner training progress and completion through scorecard and other documentation; provide details and results to HR and Operations leaders
Assist other trainers with facilitation (especially new content) and tracking progress and completion of training to ensure that all training is correctly tracked and reported on
Work with KM to document training content for our knowledge resource database
Collaborates with ID to facilitate practice runs of training content
Travel to authentication centers for in-person training, as needed
Minimum of 2 years experience in a training / education coordination and / or facilitation role
High School diploma / GED
Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering quality results and meeting deadlines under strict time constraints
Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and follow through
Strong organizational, planning, and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship building skills with team members at all levels of the organization
