Key Responsibilities

  • Report to fund Responsible Officer
  • Development, review, maintenance and testing of compliance processes, and corresponding internal controls
  • Preparation of compliance reports for senior management, regulators and other interested bodies
  • Preparation of license applications, coordination and filing of regulatory reports
  • Designing and conducting compliance training programs
  • Contract review such as confidentiality agreements, service provider engagement letters and other corporate contracts etc

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or related discipline. 3 years of experience of compliance or auditing related work
  • Familiar with SFC regulations and policies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin required
  • Strong analytical, issue-spotting and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize work flow, thrives in an environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior management
