Handle tenancy matters such as tenant enquiries / complaints, flat visits / investigations, etc.
Perform routine property management duties and ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Property Management or related disciplines; OR
Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, which should include Chinese and English Language, or equivalent; OR
Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which should include Chinese and English Language or equivalent
Holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management an added advantage
Relevant working experience in public rental housing management in Hong Kong
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Independent, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and position will commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experiences.
