We are recruiting a temporary 12-month Human Resources Administrator to support our Asia HR team. The successful candidate will perform full spectrum of HR administration duties including recruitment, C&B, training & development activities for the Asia region.


How you will contribute :

  • Provide administration support to Asia HR Manager on day-to-day HR operations
  • Assist in coordinating recruitment advertising, interviews and junior position hire
  • Preparation of regional employment contracts (English and Chinese), work visa applications and other HR documentations
  • Coordinate with other HR team members for staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist in planning, implementation and administration of regional training and development activities
  • Generate and prepare HR reports for management review
  • Other ad hoc assignments as required
  • Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are :

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' hands on working experience as a HR generalist, preferably with Asia regional exposure
  • Proficiency in using Google for work and MS Office applications
  • Hands on experience of HRIS and eLearning systems
  • Experience of using ICIMS or other applicant tracking systems is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • You will be able to demonstrate :
