We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Policy Servicing and Administration .

Principal responsibilities

  • To provide oversight of day to day in all interactions within Insurance Operations while ensuring that all administrative and compliance processes are followed and monitored as to timeliness and quality
  • Customer request are processed and all primary records and systems data is captured and accurate
  • All outsourced activities are monitored and control through effective vendor risk management
  • Customer requests are completed in accordance with company standards and ensure they are regulatory compliant
  • Our services to provide are customer centric for services excellence
  • Assist manager for updating or preparing procedure manual then communicate with related departments to implement manuals to different channels
  • Assist the manager in formulate and develop strategies related to customer service in order to get client satisfaction through continuous improvement, and support any ad hoc project
