Reporting to the Sales Head of Transaction Banking, you will be responsible for expanding Cash Management, Trade Finance and Factoring business to meet all year-end targets set by management through implementation of the department’s business development strategies and working closely with Relationship Managers to convert pipeline deals into real drawdowns.
To drive utilization on existing portfolio to deliver growth in revenue across Cash Management, Trade Finance and Factoring.
Review key accounts with Relationship Managers to identify growth area and cross sell opportunities to capture incremental wallet shares
Provide advice on product structuring to Relationship Managers to facilitate discussion and facility set up for prospective clients
Conduct on-going review of factoring portfolio and prepare client sales ledger analysis for product management and credit approval
Ensure proper execution of facility documents for set up of factoring facility, on-going monitor of account conduct on factoring portfolio
Support transactional referral including trade finance and factoring, and provide recommendation to support approval
Manage post sales implementation and conduct regular service review with client
Keep update of market developments and competitors’ strategies
Work with supervisors and Product Management in transaction banking business development
University graduates with 3-5 years’ experience in Transaction Banking products (i.e. Cash Management, Trade Finance and / or Factoring).
Solid experience in evaluating working capital cycle, trade finance and factoring needs corporate banking clients.
Good analytical skill and credit sense in analyzing relevant data from clients' portfolio and market in order to determine credit worthiness of the referred business.
Strong business development skills and marketing sense to keep up-to-date information in implementing and monitoring business development.
Strong interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining relationship with internal and external customers.
