WeLab is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Audit to join the team!
What you will be doing
Plan, lead and perform risk-based audits in accordance with the established Internal Audit Methodology Principals and Standards (including risk assessment, audit planning, audit testing, control evaluation, recommendations, report drafting and follow up and verification of issue closure) and in line with regulators requirements.
Perform continuous monitoring based on risk assessment material to the Bank business profiles and to propose and adjust corresponding audit responses.
Proactively communicate with the relevant stakeholders to understand the latest risk exposure to the Bank and share the information to Head of IA when necessary.
Perform or lead ad hoc projects and assignments as required and as directed by the Head of IA.
Provide audit assistance to external auditors or regulators whenever required.

What is required and what we’re looking for
At least 5 years relevant work experience in the areas of external / internal auditing, risk management financial services, financial crime / regulatory compliance.
Candidate with less relevant work experience will be consider as Internal Audit Manager)
Memberships of relevant professional bodies including accounting, auditing, risk or compliance.
Strong analytical and English reporting skills.
Strong sense of ownership mindset
