Responsibilities :

Coordinate training including logistic arrangement, preparation of training materials etc.

Work closely with headquarter in coordinating the course enrolment, evaluation, content management and report generation

Working with various stakeholders in sourcing and designing effective solution to support staff development and company growth

Take part in projects involved in new initiative

Requirements :

University degree in Human Resources or training related discipline

Minimum 3 years training experience in bank / financial institutions or training centers

Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and related regulatory requirements

Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS office applications

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)
