To sell our product range and achieve retail sales targets set by the company through the Retail Operations Manager.
Coach Stylists where necessary and highlight training opportunities to Education Executive / Manage / Regional Manager and / or Retail Operations Manager.
Achieve all KPI’s as outlined by Brand Manager / Retail Operations Manager and / or Education Manager / Regional Manager.
Support and develop Stylists to ensure that they have the skills required to successfully achieve brand KPI’s.
Lead by example through delivering exceptional customer service levels at all times.
Drive service standards through coaching / feedback and the execution of the Service Accreditation Programme.
Liaise with Education / Executive / Manager / Regional Manager to create workshops that maintain and improve levels of service in all the Boutiques.
Execute Deluxe Service according to the Deluxe Service guidelines as directed by Retail Operations Manager / Brand Manager.
Provide coaching and feedback to Stylists ensuring the successful planning, appointment booking and execution of Deluxe Service.
Work alongside the Stylists to identify and address training opportunities in the Boutique.
Ensure consistency in the customer experience at the boutique through the execution of the Service Accreditation Programme, following target guidelines issued by Global Education.
Conduct strategic follow up of classroom education to ensure successful roll out of training initiatives in all boutiques.
Assist, as required, with the facilitation of core education programmes and directed by Brand Manager / Retail
Operations Manager and / or Education Executive / Manager / Regional Manager.
Identify regionally relevant education opportunities and highlight these to Education Executive / Manager / Regional Manager and / or Brand Manager / Retail Operations Manager through regular feedback and reporting.
To maintain personal grooming to the standards as set by the Company. Only Jo Malone London fragrance products are to be used during working hours.
Maintain the brand image at the counter by cleaning counters, tester stands and displays.
Merchandising of counter and displays.
Education minimum a Diploma holder preferred
Minimum 2 years in a training position preferably within the cosmetics or travel retail industry
Strong knowledge and prior experience in the fragrance industry is a plus
Have a passion for selling luxury brands and delivering high-touch services with the understanding in retail business and market with excellent customer service skills and standards
Great communication skills in Mandarin & Cantonese (both written and oral, in traditional and simplified Chinese) is a must.
Ability to communicate in English is a plus
Great presentation skills and organized in instructional training
A self-motivator who is passionate, energetic with the ability to motivate and energize others
An excellent team player with great interpersonal skills
Resourceful, flexible, well organized, highly disciplined with the ability to multi task and stability to handle stressful and demanding situation
Expected to spend 80% of the time coaching in the field
Willingness to travel 50% of the time regionally (Macau & Taipei and any possible new cities as assigned along with expansion), as well as internationally for training seminars and conference.
