Responsibilities :
Work collaboratively to assist in the design and implementation of analysis to answer challenging business requirements and questions, and form business requirements
Serve as a bridge between the Business and Technical / solution, vendors, and end-users to plan and support user requirements and testing
Assist in the design and delivery of automated, scalable operating models to stakeholders
Handle business and project issues proactively and escalates appropriately
Develop and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders across business and technology
Undertake research and analyze data garnered from disparate sources and related industries and external benchmarks
Provide relevant insights and recommendations with statistical support / validity on analysis
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, Vendors and Training teams; and Capacity Planning and Quality teams
Qualifications, Training and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline preferred
Insurance & financial industrial working experience is an advantage
Customer-focused
Solid experience of working as business analyst on medium-sized to large projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex technologies across different geographical areas / regions.
Exposure to a wide range of technologies and demonstrated experience in seeking out new and emerging technologies and Solution
Experiences in sales operations is an advantage
Knowledge of project management lifecycle & methodologies (e.g. SDLC, Agile, etc.) and typical problems associated with the implementation of projects.
Understanding of IT architecture, integration and design.
Process design expertise such as lean six sigma.
Excellent problem solving skill and logical thinking; ability to identify source of data and analyse data to construct a case with reasonable recommendations and decisions, supported by sound justifications
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; open to new ideas and suggestions
Effective interpersonal skills with a clear, concise and relevant communication style, including excellent presentation skills.
Good written English and Chinese; proficient in English and Cantonese
