Quality Control Operations Associate- Hong Kong Pronovias Group, worlwide leader in the bridal industry is looking for an experienced Quality Control Operations Associate that, partnering with our technical team in Headquarters will be responsible for overlooking our third party partner's operations in our Hong Kong hub.
Duties and responsibilities :
Provide training and educate to Production Quality Control in Hong Kong office, maintain the needed Quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the Technical Pack specifications.
Travel and visit garment factories in Asia south east assisting suppliers :
Review garment inspection in factories and confirm approval to go ahead productions (pre-production sample inspections).
Review Garment Inspection in factories and confirm approval to ship (shipment sample inspections).
Audit of factories once a year to review and update Quality level conditions and implementing the corresponding audit plans. REQUIREMENTS
Pattern and sewing knowledge educational background, with relevant qualification in apparel / Textile Quality Control.
At least 2-3 years experience in the garment industry.
Strong knowledge of Bridal industry and / or High Couture industry is strongly preferred.
Excellent command in English. Good command in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
Proficient computer skills, including Excel.
Availability to travel across Asia to visit factories
Extremely attentive to detail and organization.
Ability to work / interact with different departments / suppliers.
