Support the development of Digital Platform Partnerships to deliver leading customer experience that seamlessly drive innovative customer acquisition and engagement that supports the company to unleash greater customer lifetime value and helps people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Support the implementation of overall DPP channel strategy and vision by working closely with the Digital Platform Partnerships, Director and Principles to identify, acquire, nurture and grow the strategic relationships, with the goal to build a scale DPP channel for future growth
  • Develop, design and delivery of the end to end customer journey, working closely with various teams
  • End-to-end project management to enable the set-up and delivery of digital platform partnerships to drive customer acquisition through their ecosystems
  • Promote the DPP platform to drive more customers via creative digital marketing campaigns
  • Support the development of new strategic partnerships and maintenance of partner relationships with digital ecosystem partners to achieve business objectives and secure long-term trust & engagement at all management levels
  • Partner closely with Customer Intelligence team to use customer / data analytics to drive quality leads development
  • Partner close with the Customer Experience Design and Customer Segmentation team to create personalised moments of truth for customers
  • Partner closely with sales channels to improve leads assignment to enable cross / up-sell opportunities
  • Partner closely with Operations and IT team to deliver delightful and fully digital end to end experience
  • Collaborate with Group Office DPP and DIO community to co-create and gather best practice to evolve
  • Collaborate with technology strategic partners to deliver digital solutions
  • Business & Channel KPI Tracking and Proof point tracking and manages governance
  • Minimum Job Requirements :

  • 4-6 years’ working experience in a financial industry, service or technology organization or blue-chip company
  • Hands-on experience in areas including partnership negotiations and management, digital distribution and innovation, relationship building, product management, or operations for insurance (life, health, general) lines of business
  • Knowledge of local regulations, technical aspects of managing insurance business portfolios
  • Experience in development of a business line or function is a plus
  • Technical understanding needed in digital channels distribution and data and analytics experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, reflected in impact and influence skills and confidence in high level interactions with the Leadership Team
  • Innovative - stays informed on cutting-edge contributions to the digital ecosystem field, sharing relevant ideas internally to balance evidence-based practices with unproven but high-potential pilots
