Team Head, Relationship Management
Private Banking Department - Private Banking and Trust Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Team Head, Relationship Management
Manage and supervise the team members to perform their duties in compliant with the guidelines, policies, and governing rules and regulations.
Serve the high net worth (HNW) customers with assets to maximize profit of the Bank and to expand the market share of HASE Private Banking
Manage sales performance to achieve individual, team and department targets
Develop and coach the relationship managers under direct supervision to ensure their competency in respect of sales compliance and providing suitable investment advice and products to clients.
Provide guidance to team members on credit quality of customer loan portfolios; assess the exposure and financial viability diligently when making recommendation on loan structure and pricing
Ensure high level of efficiency and accuracy of whole team in daily operations by maintaining Group / Bank’s internal control standard, implementing and observing Group / Bank’s compliance policies and maintaining the awareness of operational risk to minimize the risk exposure of private bank
University Degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA
Passes in the HKSI licensing examinations
Minimum 10 years' banking experience with exposure in leading team
Good knowledge of investment products
Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and relationship management skills
Proficiency in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
