Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to various system enhancement / development initiatives from both technical and user perspectives to cope with changing business rules from internal stakeholders;
  • Assist in HRIS project on system configuration, data preparation and user acceptance test;
  • Prepare and update various HR related reports;
  • Assist in handling of C&B, recruitment and employee relationship matters;
  • Other ad hoc task as required.
  • Requirements

  • Candidates with Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management / Information System Management / Computer Science / Mathematics / Business Administration or related discipline is highly preferred;
  • Experience in fund house or asset management company is a plus, fresh graduate will also be considered;
  • PRC exposure is an advantage;
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
  • High attention to details and accurate with data;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
