down merchandise financial plan, by-door plan, stock allocation, sales performance analysisPrepare Open-to-Buy and monitor the rolling inventory statusConsistently monitor the business and identify actions to achieve the key performance metricsRecommend and review markdown and promotion opportunitiesRecommend action plan with the objective of maximizing sales potential and sell throughEvaluate stock level and sell through by location, recommend and execute stock allocation / stock rebalance / replenishment / transfersDevelop the seasonal allocation plan that aligns to the buy and flow strategies provided by Retail BuyerExecute the initial allocation plan allocating product to the retail storesMonitor store stock levels and sales trendsManage auto-
replenishments settings in the SAP systemWork with Operations Planning Forecasting on inventory status issues (overstocks, late deliveries, and short shipments)Trouble shoot and resolve allocation issues in a timely mannerUnderstand the key connectivity and interactions required for all business process stepsParticipate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs analysis.
RequirementsBachelors degree or aboveWith 3-5 years of relevant experience in Merchandise Planning / AllocationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsAdvanced skills in numerical and quantitative analysis, ability to analyze a high amount of dataAble to manage deadlines in a fast-
